Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Manager to oversee stone countertop projects from order entry through installation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with customers and builders, and is skilled at coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage countertop orders from builders, retail customers, and commercial clients.
- Coordinate material selection, ordering, and inventory requirements.
- Schedule template appointments, fabrication, delivery, and installation activities.
- Prepare and distribute shop packets, work orders, and project documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, builders, designers, and internal teams.
- Track project progress and proactively communicate updates, delays, or changes.
- Coordinate with production, CAD, scheduling, and field installation teams.
- Resolve customer concerns and project issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate project records within company systems.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and meet company quality standards.

Blue Sky Countertops is seeking a detail-oriented CAD Technician to create and prepare digital countertop layouts for fabrication and installation. This position is ideal for someone with foundational CAD knowledge who is eager to learn and utilize industry-specific countertop software and technology.
The CAD Technician works closely with project managers, templaters, production staff, and customers to ensure accurate layouts, seam placement, fabrication details, and installation drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Create countertop layouts using industry-specific CAD and stone fabrication software.
- Review digital field measurements and laser template files.
- Produce fabrication drawings, shop packets, and installation documentation.
- Determine seam placement and fabrication requirements according to company standards.
- Verify dimensions, sink locations, edge profiles, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers and production teams regarding layout revisions and project details.
- Make layout modifications based on customer, builder, or designer feedback.
- Maintain project records and digital files within company systems.
- Assist with troubleshooting layout and production issues.
- Ensure all drawings meet company quality standards and fabrication requirements.
